Refund Policy
Digital Products
Digital products cannot be returned to Zenotron Collective for restocking or donation. All digital purchases are subject to a 3-day hold on funds prior to any refund being issued. If a refund is approved, the buyer may retain the digital product as a gift; however, any resale, sharing, redistribution, or disclosure of the product or its contents is strictly prohibited.
Once a refund is issued, all rights to use the product for sharing or resale are permanently revoked.
Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To begin the return process, please contact our support team. Returned items must be in their original condition unless otherwise approved.
Satisfaction & Refund Commitment
Zenotron Collective strives for 100% customer satisfaction. While this may not always be possible in every circumstance, we offer a 100% refund, no questions asked, when dissatisfaction is reported and the conditions above are met.
